Webinar on Distance Learning Update
Two webinars were held at the end of August to help prepare teachers for the coming year of distance and hybrid learning. The participants - teachers from elementary, middle school, high school, and college, received a comprehensive self-reflection document that mirrored the content of the webinar and helped them to apply the material presented to their specific classrooms and unique contexts.
Participants remarked that “the information was presented in a succinct and easy to understand manner” and that they were “able to take a critical look” at their “current teaching ideas and philosophies in terms of the 7Cs.” They felt that “other teachers would benefit from hearing this information because it is an innovative way to structure their classroom.”
