In this full day session, participants will be introduced to the essential foundations of The Seven C’s of Learning framework and will focus on how to add more breadth and depth to their classroom. Designed for middle and high school teachers, participants will be inspired by thought-provoking sample activities, collaboration with colleagues, and opportunities for immediate personalization and classroom implementation.

THE SEVEN C’S OF LEARNING CORE WORKSHOP

In this two-hour workshop, participants will learn the basics of The Seven C’s of Learning framework and gain concrete tools they can immediately implement into their classes. Designed for middle and high school teachers, participants will be challenged to create a more student-centered classroom where students build on their strengths and interests and take more ownership of their learning.

THE SEVEN C’S DISTRICT ANALYSIS & CONSULTATION 

Administrators and school leaders - this one's for you! Participants will first be provided with a comprehensive analytical framework to analyze the school district in a complex and critical way that provides a breadth and depth of understanding. Once all participants have individually completed a structured district analysis, school leaders will gather together for a thought-provoking externally facilitated consultation and deep discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing the district. A follow up planning session with district leaders will clarify next steps for clear areas of improvement.
